Very much agree with Sir Andre Geim here, these immigration reforms will only hinder Britain in the future.

I agree, but I’d rather hear the case for or against migration from the point of view of donor countries. Being selective about immigarton means selective emigration from someplace else. This hurts donor societies.
You make a good point, I hadn’t considered that. Is there any studies right now on the subject?
I’m not an expert but don’t know of any.
